Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% of base rate per person, per reserved day is required upon your receipt of our confirmation notice. Since the confirmation notice and deposit request are the primary means of ensuring the accuracy of Riverview Plantation’s reservation calendar, we ask that you provide your deposit as soon as possible. This ensures we can hold your space as there is currently a waiting list for the 2025-26 hunting season. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation within three weeks of reservation, if not rescheduled during the 2025-2026 season, will result in additional charges of $1,705 per person, per reserved day.
